Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

1.1 We are the booking and delivery agency and are responsible for the loss of, or damage to your luggage, box or sport equipment. We only accept good quality luggage and well packed boxes therefore loss or damage is extremely rare. To avoid damage to your package's contents be mindful that our delivery personal treat every package with care but your package will be loaded and unloaded by human hands several times on its journey. Your items must be thoroughly packaged and must be secured inside your package.

9.2 in case of rare damage to the luggage or boxes, Our promise to do our best to replace it with same quality or better item if possible or issue a refund of 150$ for each damaged luggage. 

9.3 We accept no liability for damage to any Goods inside the luggage or packages we deliver.

9.4 Driveway To Driveway is not responsible for delay of any Item resulting from incorrect, incomplete or invalid address information provided by Customer.
